Biography
My name is Dr. Andrew Migani, but I am often called “AJ” around the office. My favorite thing about being a dentist is the opportunity to help people smile confidently and pain free. After graduating from Hamden Hall Country Day School in Hamden, Connecticut, I completed my undergraduate studies in business and finance at the University of Connecticut in Storrs. I then went on to complete a postbaccalaureate premed program, also at UConn Storrs, before earning my doctor of dental medicine at the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine in Farmington. Upon graduation, I was the recipient of the Olmstead Prize in Geriatric. While in dental school, I had the opportunity to participate in multiple dental service trips to the Galapagos Islands, Puerto Rico, and Chile. These service trips provided unique experiences delivering dental care in remote locations to underserved populations.
Originally from Woodbridge, Connecticut, I always enjoy spending time with family and friends. I am an avid cyclist during the warmer months, and in the winter enjoy being a weekend snowboard instructor at OKEMO Mountain Resort, in Vermont. I am also an Eagle Scout, scouting’s highest honor, and an inducted member of The Order of the Arrow, scouting’s national honor society.
